Getting Started - Sellers Process
Listing a home:
- To get an idea of what homes in the area are selling for call 1888-966-6783 or email
us at savonrealty@comcast.net. Be sure to
include the property's address, your phone number and a brief description of the
property.
- Upon receipt of property values in the area, download the listing agreement and disclosures, in
order to familiarize yourself with the documents. You don't need to fill them out because an
agent will go over the entire process with you.
- Set an appointment with an agent for a listing presentation, in which you will hear about;
1.) Statistics for your area and county;
2.) The services 2500Flat.com offers;
3.) The reasons you need to hire an agent;
4.) The listing process;
5.) The pre-selling process;
6.) The selling and marketing process and
7.) The closing process;
Be sure to ask all your questions, as the agent will be able to answer
the all. At the time, the agent will be able to calculate an accurate list price for your property once
they have seen the property.
