Konstantin Savvon
Konstantin Savvon is a second generation realtor and co-founder of SavOn Realty and Key Mortgage Group. He now specializes in commercial transactions and investment properties and in 2006 closed 165M in real estate transactions. While juggling his responsibilities at the office, Konstantin has managed to find time to attend law school and donates his extra time to local charities and volunteering at local churches and food drives. He prides himself that SavOn Realty and its business principles have been built ethically. |

Adine Le
Adine Le is a second generation real estate agent. Having spent most of her professional career working in litigation and real estate, she is an excellent member of our team. Extremely organized and professional, she is the nucleus of day-to-day operations at SavOn Realty. Adine is an expert in real estate transactions coordinating most of the files and escrows that come through the office. In the rare moments she isn?t in the office or on an appointment for the office, she can be found frequenting one of the Bay Areas? shopping centers or playing classical piano. |

Irena Savvon
Irena Savvon has been licensed since 1988, and is the active broker for SavOn Realty in California and Texas. Co-founder of SavOn Realty and Key Mortgage Group, Irena specializes in financing from simple residential loans to construction and international business financing. She possesses multiple degrees in law and business from the top universities in Russia. Immigrating to the United States in 1986, Irena just recently welcomed the birth of her first grandchild. Irena?s future plans include expanding SavOn Realty beyond Texas to Georgia and Florida, with those offices opening in 2007-2008. |

Paul Goodman
Paul Goodman joined SavOn Realty in 2006, bringing a wealth of multi-faceted finance and construction development experience to the company and its clients. He believes that high-quality customer service defines great companies, and proves it with every transaction. Specializing in real estate on the peninsula and the South Bay. His interests outside of work include pro sports, and he is an avid supporter of Bay Area sports teams. He also enjoys scuba diving, downhill skiing and snowboarding, dog training and supporting his community. |

Ken Malpus
Ken Malpus has been investing and selling property since 2003. He has personally rehabilitated, managed and owned more than 9 buildings ranging from multi family units to a 65,000 sq ft medical office building. Ken is an accomplished agent and is knowledgeable about residential and commercial buying and selling having done many deals for himself and others. When he is not selling real estate he is a huge enthusiast of golf and many other sports. Ken is best described as someone who is well balanced honest and ambitious. |

Richard Dixon
Richard Dixon has been working in the real estate business since 1984. Richard specializes in foreclosure properties as well as residential properties in San Francisco and the East Bay. Through the years, Richard has built a large network of contacts and is able to move property very quickly. Richard is best described as a very friendly outgoing businessman born to sell real estate. In his free time, Richard also serves as the deputy director of California Organization for Racial Equality and is involved in Bay Area politics. |

Currently, Pavel is working towards graduation and his RE license in order to start selling Bay Area homes. Pavel has more than 2 years experience coordinating transactions and tracking escrow progress. In his spare time, he is a USC football enthusiast and loves to travel. |

Mary Ellen Gonzalez
Mary Ellen Gonzalez recently joined SavOn Realty in 2007. While juggling her busy career in the biotech industry and working on her bachelors degree at Notre Dame de Namur, she decided to take a Real Estate Principles course which led to her interest in real estate. Heavily involved in her community, she enjoys spending time with her family, bike-riding and gardening. She hopes that her career in real estate enables her to meet and help those in her community. |

Richard Kuhr
Richard Kuhr brings his intense passion of real estate marketing to SavOn Realty. Marketing Director of SavOn Realty, he also founded EstateVideos.com, a real estate marketing company providing narrated full-motion videos that have replaced obsolete virtual tours on the MLS. While work takes up almost all his time, in his little spare time, he enjoys staying active outdoors, going to the gym and tending to this first love, movie producing. |

Oscar Ordonez
Oscar Ordonez comes to our office after a long journey. Recently returned from a deployment in Iraq with the US Marines, Oscar is looking forward to using his bilingual skills to help those in his community achieve their dreams of home ownership. Oscar enjoys playing and watching soccer as well as catching up with family and friends after a long time away from home. He is also currently enlisted in the US Marine Reserves. |
