| I bought and Sold my property with SavOn Realty and I have recommended it to everyone I know. Those guys are professionals at what they do. At
first I thought something was wrong the price is to low, but I was amazed that they completed the transaction so quickly and easily. I could tell that
the agent I worked with had completed a huge amount of transactions even though he had his license for only two and half years. The broker I
worked with before SavOn realty was not as knowledgeable and capable as the person I spoke to on the phone the first time I called in. Many of the
hard questions I asked were immediately returned with answers instead of hum. I have to check or I’ll call you back. The agents I worked with
handled everything full service no different than any other agent as far as I could tell but for a fraction of the cost and with a fraction of the

| I can spot a good deal when I see one but this was a god send. I sold and purchased more than 7 properties in the last 3 years with SavOn Realty.
My savings in commission were over 150k. Using SavOn Realty is the edge I need to maximizing profits when buying and selling properties. Many of
my fellow investors have not done so well simply because they think they are getting a premium service by using a larger brokerage. What they

| When I first heard about the company I thought it was to good to be true. I listed my home with an area specialist that charged me 6% + all sorts
of marketing fees many of which I didn’t need. I thought that the local agent would be able to do for me what no one could because he claimed to
be from the top brokerage and he showed me how many transactions he closed. Truthfully it all seamed normal at first but after 90 days on the
market. I called SavOn Realty which sold my house in 21 days for nearly 60k above what I expected. The whole process was completely seamless.
I didn’t do a thing. I would recommend calling SavOn Realty before signing any paperwork simply to compare services. SavOn Realty provided me
with services the big brokerages didn’t offer. The moving tuck was helpful and so was all the other advice I got. |
